Dani Neff

Dani Neff has a diverse professional background as an entertainment and pro bono immigration lawyer at American Gateways.

Dani is a passionate advocate for psychedelic research and therapy, demonstrated through her active role in organizing events that benefit MAPS and as a founding member of the Psychedelic Bar Association. She received a BA from Yale University and a JD from The University of Texas School of Law.

Beyond her legal career, Dani is deeply immersed in the music scene as the guitarist, singer, and bandleader of the psychedelic rock band, Megafauna. Since 2008, she has been the primary songwriter for the band's six full-length albums and has toured extensively both domestically and internationally. The Austin Chronicle has recognized her unique contribution to the local music scene, noting, "In a town of guitar wizards, Dani Neff is the philosopher's stone."

She is a mother to a precocious toddler named Birch and shares her home with two cats, Melly and Lola.
