Board Member
Joshua Barber has spent the past five years building at the frontier of psychedelic medicine. As co-founder of Enthea — the company that created the first third-party administrator to make psychedelic therapy available as an employer benefit — he helped lay the access infrastructure for a field that was just finding its footing.
He is now Founder and President of Axis Mundi Partners, an Austin-based advisory, consultancy, and venture firm working with pre-seed through Series A companies rebuilding mental health care. His work spans psychedelic-assisted therapy infrastructure, novel therapeutics, integrative care, and AI-native mental health tools.
Joshua joined the T4GMH board in 2026 and serves on the Fundraising and Development committee. He lives in Austin with his family.
