Reese Ormand

Reese Ormand is the CEO of NeuroGlow, a North Texas clinic providing evidence-based ketamine and Spravato treatments for people facing treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anxiety, and chronic pain. With a background in entrepreneurship and operations—having built and exited a successful managed services company—Reese brings a focus on safety, systems, and patient-centered care to the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapies.


Reese’s commitment to this work is rooted in lived experience. After years of struggling with his own mental-health challenges, psychedelic therapy proved transformational and reshaped the direction of his life. Today, he is dedicated to helping others access the same level of healing, collaborating with clinicians, health-system partners, and statewide organizations working to expand safe, responsible access to innovative mental-health treatments.
