Tracy Deluca

Tracy DeLuca has spent thirty years helping organizations turn hard, human problems into products and services that actually work, from advertising and global design firm IDEO to some of the largest healthcare systems in the country. At Sutter Health, she helped build the system's first internal design and innovation team and led the creation of new models of care for people navigating mental health crises and chronic illness.

In recent years, that work has led her deeper into psychedelic medicine. She co-created and taught Stanford University's first course on psychedelic medicine and design, and at the University of Texas at Austin, she has led graduate student teams through real design projects with health organizations across the country, including T4GMH.

Tracy moved to Austin two years ago and has been part of the psychedelic and mental health community here ever since. She's drawn to T4GMH's belief that access to these medicines shouldn't depend on luck or location, and she wants to help build the education and healthcare bridges that turn new legislation into care people can actually reach.
